I stayed at Sasa House for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot, with Termini and Metro stations nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were also clean and had complementary cosmetics. The owner, Salvador, was incredibly friendly and helpful. it's a very good place to stay for the price.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Convenient location in the heart of Rome, close to Porta Maggiore and St Peter's Basilica. The property offers air-conditioned rooms with modern amenities such as refrigerators and flat-screen televisions. The guesthouse is located near Sapienza University of Rome, making it a great choice for students or academics. Guests can prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen, adding a personal touch to their stay. The rooms offer city views and free WiFi, allowing guests to stay connected and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Rome.
Limited bathroom facilities. Heavy traffic noise at night, so closing the windows may be necessary for light sleepers.

The rooms were clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. The house was unexpectedly clean with shared bathrooms. The kitchen had complete cutlery for cooking. We had our own access keys for added security. The owner, Salvador, was nice and caring.
For us, it was ideal.

super clean - great location near the Colosseum - got local insights - friendly host who allowed early check-in - provided fresh fruits and Limoncello, and always available for a chat.
Couldn't recommend more.

The hotel's location near the train station was handy, and having access to a kitchen for breakfast was convenient. the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms during our four-night stay was disappointing.
Arrival was a letdown, as we had to wait outside for someone to let us in. the lack of air conditioning made the room unbearably hot, even with the window open.
